Do you know that at least, one in a gathering of four is possibly suffering from mental health illness which could possibly be as a result of depression?

 We live in the age and time where all we do is to put on a glamour show in the faces of people around us, on internet and wherever we might find ourselves because we want to tell the world that we are winning.

People drop dead daily simply because they cant take it anymore, some even go to the extent of committing  suicide because they let suicidal thoughts creep in. 

people change their identity daily because they want a hideout from their old selves whereas, the thoughts still live rent free in their heads.

you think you have mood swings? have you done a double check to be sure it is not depression trying to set in to your mind?

depression is curable if you don't get soaked in it.

most people are depressed and they don't even know but if what you are about to read resonates with you then you should come closer.

do you feel sad or empty most hours of the day or things that used to bring out the lights in you doesn't entice you anymore because you feel it's same old nonsense and worthless? oh i get it, you lack energy and just let everything slides and feel no essence of living perhaps you believe the only way out is to leave this world with a written sad story besides your remains?

HEY WOMAN, BE YOU TITUDES

Hey Woman!

I must applaud you for the wonderful works of your hands, look at you, so productive yet multitasking.

who would sweep pass your feet and claim you are not good enough?

You are worthy of all these accolades no doubt, someone just have to speak it out.

but Hey! do you feel envy or jealousy when you see other women rising? when other women are achieving their goals how do you feel? do you fume with envy when your unmet aspirations are all round about but others getting the bag?

Here are the reasons why you feel that way and trust me, it has to stop.

1.Social Comparison: You compare yourself with other woman as a way of appraising your own success and progress. This unhealthy attitude has to stop as you are meant to have your own goals set for the specific period while you mirror that instead of giving room for social comparison. The only thing that should highlight your shortcomings and unmet aspiration should be your own self review. the competition should be within you and with you and not other woman.

2.Cultural Pressures: Societal expectations play significant roles in the aspect of career advancement, physical appearance or social status. seeing others excel in these areas and you not breeds unnecessary pressure and feelings of inadequacy. truth must be told as we are all humans but we should not give room for these feelings but rise above it and remain focus on our goals.

3.Personal Insecurities : The spirit of second guessing one's worth or capability should not be encouraged at all, the moment low self esteem or any other feelings that might want to amplify insecurities start to rear its head, break out from the evil mindset. it's demeaning.

4. Media Influence: Yeah, everyone goes to the internet to show off their success, People boast on linkedin about the achieved success and certifications, they show of their killer body on tinder, snapchat and instagram and they boast all about on youtube, Bigo and tiktok about they expensive lifestyle. This should not be your headache Woman. The internet is filled with 90% fake lifestyle so do not let their unrealistic lifestyle bother you.

Be aware that all the above listed and explained feelings are surmountable, Build your self awareness, be collaborative and not competitive, celebrate success and not envy them.

Turn the envy into motivation and inspiration.

You kick off those fancy Louboutin and walk out with those lifesaving flat slippers that sleeps and wakes in your vanity bag, chin up, and determined.

EMOTIONAL SELFCARE

Loneliness is a thing and it is universal. The set of people around you don't really determine it, Loneliness is from within. you can be in a crowd and still be lonely likewise be among lively people. when it comes to loneliness, you are your own doctor,  you cure it from within, you heal individually. what most people fail to realize is that it must be cured inwardly before bringing people close to you and that is where emotional selfcare sets in. Just like how you care for your skin, health, your emotions need care too.

Although, emotional selfcare depends on self readiness, you don't just do it as a daily routine.

 Your mental health and emotional health must agree and balance before taking the bold step.

Need I say more that you have to be aware of the parasite that is feeding on your happiness thereby making you gloomy? You feed this leach anytime you feel lonely.

Now you wonder, how do I breakout from this ?

perhaps I need a therapeutic session. No you don't, I will list few points in no particular order for you to serve as your checklist. Loneliness has to be attacked before escalating to depression.1. Do not give room to self rejection

what ever it is that will make you second guess yourself or lead to self disapproval, wash your hands from it. you are uniquely created, meaning you carry awesomeness that stands you out from the crowd. lean on that everyday and raise up your chin. 

2. The moment people start asking you questions about your looks, mood and attitude, know that something is wrong somewhere. Don't wait for people to pass negative comment. drop off the load, shake the viper out and practice self mindfulness.

3. Do what makes you love and makes you happy

Do you love talking, start podcasting, Do you love taking pictures? start creating contents, oh! you love recording yourself? then see yourself as a tiktok star and walk in the path. is it Traveling? then YouTube is calling you. do you like writing? be a scriptwriter, a freelance writer or a blogger. just go for it.

4. The Morning Routine Matters

Does prayer, ted-talk, devotionals, yoga or singing  makes you feel alive?  Whatever it is that makes your morning feels like a good morning , please do it. You surely need to make the best out of your morning because you generate all the energy needed for the day in the morning, be sure to generate a handful one.

5. Lay and wake up from the positive side of the bed even if it is challenging 

There could be some days where mood swing might want to get the best out of you especially if you are a lady, don't give in, it's a trap (lols). Focus on positivity, Adopt a forward thinking mentality, do more of solution than complaint. be an energy vampire, suck the energy from the earth before it stings you with hustling, bustling and life challenges.

life is surely not a bed of roses but you can make each day purposeful by living one day at a time.

THE VEIL OF THE MIND JUST AFTER YOUR PRAYER

 The Bible says the thief only come to steal, to kill and destroy. John 10:10

What does this mean to you? have you ever been in a waiting period where you pray fervently with all your strength and faith, believing God to perform his wonders but then, the devil stroll in just after your prayer and start messing with your thoughts and make you start second guessing all you prayed for in faith. That's the veil of the mind.

Some call it spell, some call it unconsciousness while some call it Brainwashing. whatever it is you call it please don't fall casualty. 

The veil of the mind is something very powerful, it clouds your thought, it makes one loses focus and distract you with irrelevant things and less people that matters to your life journey and specific goal.

You might be wondering how it operates and why I call it a veil. 

Our mind is where we transact our life businesses, decisions are made there, actions and spotted there, ideas formulates from there, we give permissions to different things and forces there and lastly we gossip with our inner self there. Now imagine a place where all these operations are being executed and a veil or a blog cloth is used to cover it. Nothing happens there, you just walk pass it and believe it is not in existence. that is exactly what happens when -people term it as just existing and not living, not creating impacts not leaving footprints.

Various things could lead to getting your mind veiled. I will list few for us and how best to regain your consciousness so that we don't get robbed off our rubies

First and Foremost, Random Thoughts: this happens within a twinkle of an eye. Spot this>> you are trying to reason how best to start your podcast business and boom! the thought of pizza just creep in and then you grab your phone to order online, you check websites for varieties, yo u placed an order, you switch to instgram thereafter and from there to tik tok, Alas! you are miles away from your dream just because of your random thoughts. your mind has been veiled with the thought of a pizza. Whenever you find yourself doing this unconsciously, use the weapon given to you by God in His Word 2Corinthians 10:5-6, cast down all imagination and every high things that exalt itself again the knowledge of God. 

The second one is Losing Enthusiasm and zeal for that which you have been looking forward to achieve. This can be funny at times, you find yourself disapproving that which you have want to do, you find yourself throwing in the towel at the verge of breakthrough because of  the thought of disapproval that has crept into your mind. The best way to counter this is to hold on to your goal, write it down and don't stop till it is achieved. 

Have you ever been in a situation where you just sleep and wake without doing anything impactful ? just the usuals. you don't see any reason why you should paint the world with your beautiful colors, trust me, your mind has been veiled with complacency. the best way to come out of this is to ask oneself, What have I achieved for myself this day? what have I achieved for myself this week? what have I achieved for myself this month? if nothing just start rebuking the spirit of complacency and start doing exploits, don't permit the evil force, rise up and act. Start picking up your bag of skills, strength and attitude where you left them and make an impact.

Tell me, What do you call it? wait! does it matter? cos it is already out there, showcasing you to the world around you. You might not know, you might not be really aware of it but let me lick a sneak peek, My voice is at its lowest now but the words sprouting out here are so loud. "Everyone has a Personal Brand" when I type your name on Instagram and I see different dishes on your page then it's your brand, when I check you out on LinkedIn and I see posts on business and entrepreneurship, boom! that is your brand. Alas! when I check you out on Instagram again and find nothing BOOyah! that is your brand.😆

What People think about you when they hear your name

Their Perception !

your reputation is already out there, it is left to you to either shape it and rep it or you leave it to chance, happenstance and algorithm to do it for you, It is not really advisable to leave one's brand to chances, it stays in your hands till you craft it into something worthwhile.

Every Phone user has an Online Identity, you will only be doing yourself a great favor if it's being fully utilized.

Personal Brand influences people's perception

Self Promotion will give you the promotion you solely desire

Your Reputation is your footprint

Now you think of what to consider in making these four pillars strong for leaning when you are not there to speak for yourself, perhaps when you are in another part of the world doing exploits.

you will have to identify the things that makes you unique, remember, every human has this uniqueness deposited in them by their God. what is yours? do you know where your strength lies? what are the things you are good at? is it marketing? public speaking? teaching? disrupting the stereotypes ? crafting stories? writing? multitasking? check yourself. you are equipped.

Do you know where your strength lies now? if not, you may not need to proceed with this write up till it is identified. check back later once it is sorted.

Now that you are back, let us proceed. Great job! Now you know what you are good at, where your strength lies. Congratulations! your confidence is back, you have your identity. The next thing is to bring that identity online for people to see. If you are the type that post random things that doesn't align with your identity and goals, please delete all those nonsense, they have outlived there uselessness on your social media pages.😄😄 You are here to get a life now. These are the people you want to make your four pillars known to because you have a goal and your strengths have been identified.

You are meant to do everything possible to make this grow for your brand to thrive because you have mighty competitors out there, they have been in the business for ages, some have even turn it to a heirloom but you don't have to let all that shrink you because you have that uniqueness in you that will make you stand out.

This is where your mission statement and goal of your brand comes to play. It is expected of you to identify how you can help your audience, the set of people who can best benefit from your brand. These are your online families, your audience, trust me, you don't want to loose them to your competitors through inactivity, slothfulness and distraction.

The Twelve Minor Prophets-Works and Acts Worth Emulating PART 1

 I know you all run to the book of psalms whenever calamities comes and when you felt like praising God but have you checked the books of the the Minor Prophets in the Bible? the contents and essence.

bet you have not and just listen to your pastors pick a verse or two in it.

I will start by listing them, tell you all my favorite and take you all on a journey with me 😍.

the Minor prophets are:- HOSEA, JOEL,AMOS,OBADIAH, JONAH,MICAH,NAHUM, HABAKKUK, ZEPHANIAH,HAGGAI,ZECHARIAH, AND MALACHI.

Yeah, before you join my virtual boat for the cruise, have you thought of the faith of Habakkuk, the stubbornness of Jonah, the obedience of Hosea, the kindness heart of Amos... bet you have not, These minor prophets are so loving and unique in my sight. I have been brewing over this topic for months and finally here I am sharing my thought and insights.

Habakkuk is my favorite of them all followed by Jonah. the stubborn Jonah. talk of violence and coconut head😄😄😄😄. Baba sit gidigba for that seat.

The Faith of Habakkuk is so alluring, i wonder why churches don't talk about that sure Nigga. in spite of all his Weariness, His faith was not shaken like, Mannnn, how did you do that????

HOSEA

The Obedient One

I admire the Obedience of Hosea alotttttt because how can a man of God accept to marry a prostitute? an unbeliever, a Harlot. Even an unbeliever seldom marry a fellow unbeliever but because he understood God's message so well, He heeded God's word and carried out God's assignment by releasing himself to be used by God to express how much he detest Adultery, Fornication, Ungodliness and Prostitution barring earthly rewards and mortal sayings. The book of Hosea is mysterious and only the wise ones will understand it.Hosea14: 9 

Hosea's wives and children are symbols even their names connotes these and they all passed a message to Churches,  Priests , pastors and all Ministers of God. (1st- God's Punishments to King Jehu's Dynasty, 2nd- Not Pitied and 3rd Not My People) 

The Book of Hosea simply reveals what God's Wrath will be when you commit Prostitution, Adultery and Fornication both with men of God and ordinary men.

The Sweetest thing is that we serve a loving Father that does not want us to be lost in Sheol so, the book further reveals the act of Repentance when such uncleanliness is being carried out. you just pray with Hosea 6: 1-3, 4:2-3 and the most beautiful things promised in Hosea chapter 2:14-23 start rolling your way. God said, we will be called His people as against the 3rd symbol "not my people" we will be loved as against the 2nd symbol "not loved", God's plant as against God's Punishments' (Jezreel). Hosea Got the Full Message, not break in transmission, no serenren. That Man is an Icon.Twale for him.👏👏👏👏👏

JOEL

The Man with God's Name

I perceived Joel to be a gentle man although the bible says nothing about this but i just felt joel might be an easy going man in his days.

His prophecy was one of a kind, evergreen is the word as we still refer to it till this day and will be if Christ Tarries just like how it was foretold by him (tell your Children to tell their children).

His message is kind of mysterious too, the invasion of the cutting locust to the swarming locust to the hopping locust and then the stripping locust. Oluwa! as one eats, it passes to the next. so funny and deadly kai! 

Just so you know, these locusts can mean different things to different people and it can also invade one's life through any "loose-guardness" if there is any word like that. before the invasion, one's life is like the garden of Eden but after the invasion, nothing left, one's life is like death. God Have Mercy!

The Loose-guardness could mean PRAYELESSNESS, NOT PAYING OF TITHES, REFUSAL OF ALMS GIVING,SINFUL WAY OF LIFE, AND "PLUNDERERS" - these ones attack you for no tangible reason.

but you know you can call judgement on plunderers right?  Just pray with joel 3,1-16 and watch brimstones, hailstones and fires fall on them. But before you do ehhh, remember to call for repentance with Joel 2:12-17  if you had fall short of at least one of those 'Loose-guardness" make fire no go fall first for your head 😂

In summary the book of Joel is a call to action to plunder the plunderers before they turn your land to death. I love Prophet Joel, na Man e be! even His Name sef na Mighty (the Lord is God)

AMOS

The Kind one

Awwwnnn, my kind hearted Amos, this Prophet could not watch his land being destroyed by God so he pleaded MERCY and FORGIVENESS when God reveals how He wants to destroy the Land and God heard him again and again. this is just a reminder that when we plead for mercy even after that bad prophecy, God can and will hear us.

Likeeee, telling God no dont do this, do this instead through sought of forgiveness. 

You are asking God for one thing? just emulate Amos's act.

Amos changed God's act of judgment from Swarm Locust  to Plumb line.

OBADIAH

Obadiah is a servant of God sent to prophecy God's judgment on Edom.

As you know, Edom is Israel's plunderer. God talked through Obadiah to restore Israel and destroy Edom. It pays no man to plunder God's chosen one. 

The book of Obadiah is just one chapter, Just use it to call Judgement on your plunderers LOBATAN.

i pause here for you to read these four books in the bible barring your religion and just reflect on it.

I never knew a day like this will come

I love not stilettos from this day onward

I had all red poppies on me

I had red bottoms on my feet

I walked like a fat broiler vying for grains

All glammed up I said to myself

looking like hundred million bucks I cat walked to church

But hey gasper alert was up to no good

I dashed out gasping for hays and shines

but the pains around my ankles came to play

I removed the Louboutin and fought for my life

I walked down the street with my feet bare

I walked pass everyone with my chin high

I walked gracefully even though they stare

I walked twisting my waist yes i walked

What a beautiful day to go to God's house

What a great day to slay and pray

What a day to steal some lines from trapped mouse

What a day of ridicule

What day comes test my soul

No car stopped to lift

No expectation fails there

No pleasing habits ends

No bad day steals my peace

No palm Sunday No Ash Wednesday

Now we must carry out our obligations for duty calls

With bare feet and empty stomach

With enthusiasm and devotion

from my blog to God's ears I pray

Not only to give me a personal ride for comfort 

but to make my sacrifices count when the season of harvest comes

I bet you do not know His Blood saves by pleading it through the word. some sharp stones in your life journey keep us off balance leading to mental bankrupt sometimes thus emptying the Word in us.

when we dash our foots against these stones, we take every route to pursue happiness, comfort, salvation, redemption and the likes forgetting that what we need is just the blood of the WORD (Jesus Christ).

Just to simplify the Gospel according to the book of John chapter 1 vs 1-14

In the beginning was Jesus Christ, He was with God the Father and yes He is God the Son

Through Jesus Christ all this were made (funny how we ask everything in the name of Jesus while communicating with God the Father)

In Jesus Christ is life no doubt! the life that was light for men, the same light shines in darkness but was not comprehended by it (the light went dim but shines brighter after the third day to this present day and days to come)

Jesus was with us yet we fail to realize it, He embraced the poor and needy, dined with sinners and performed lot of miracles yet not regarded but for those that believed in Him were made children of God

God the son became flesh and dwelt among us

WHEN I WAS A CHILD

When I was a Child,

I talked liked a child 

I thought like a Child

I reasoned like a Child, but when i became an adult I put the ways of Childhood behind me 1corinthians 13:11

When I was a Child

I was curious

I was desperate to know if God Truly lives in the Blessed Sacrament on the Altar

When I was a Child

I do not sleep during siesta

I used to sneak to the chapel to pray, play and clean the chairs

When I was a Child 

I hid myself from the Novitiate Reverend Sisters

I covered myself with the Altar Clothes whenever any Rev Sister passed by

And then as a Child 

I went to where they normally keep the Holy Communion

to see if I would see a true flesh in the Blessed Sacrament

While as a Child

Something struck my chest and I fell

I fell so hard and asked God for Forgiveness immediately 

while as a Child

Till I did ask for forgiveness, I could not stand up

I could not tell anybody since I was at the right place at the wrong time

Now I am an Adult

I know better that God is Everywhere

And He is always present at His Altar

It is a Sin to test God

God can not be mocked

He is the Living Bread

The Living Water

The Messiah the Samaritan woman failed to recognize

HIS FACE ON THE CROSS-MY FIRST VISION

Over the years, we were made to believe that Jesus died on the cross for our sins. the story was shared all over, through different mediums like videos, music, storytelling, writings etc. Many a times, they show the video during Lenten and Easter period just to remind us the story behind the festive period.

You don't need to doubt anything, Jesus Christ actually died on the cross for the remission of our sins.

The death and resurrection of Jesus Christ is mysterious I must confess, then again, what I found more mysterious is how the congregation decided to free a Thief and nail an Innocent man simply because of their reservation towards Him majorly about His Spiritual works and Evangelism. The same Man they praised and shouted Hosanna to God on his Behalf suddenly became guilty. How mysterious!

It is funny how people address issues with  physical mindset, neglecting the spiritual and supernatural aspect of life and its issues. Civilization or not, this has been in existence BC. Most Believers fail to work by faith and also fail to worship God in spirit and Truth as unambiguously written in the Gospel. John 4.22-23. 

Two out of  the supernatural things in the gospel about Jesus Christ that never fail to amaze me.😇😌

First was Jesus Christ Transfiguration on the Mount, Peter was out of words, he knew not what to say and all he could think of was to build  tents for the BIG THREE... can you imagine? It is unimaginable, someone you eat and dine with, just suddenly change and the next thing two other people appeared beside him. Believe me, if it were to be me, I would have said something less witty. Mathew 17.1-4

Second was the Resurrection of the Saints after the death of Jesus Christ. can you beat that? 

The three wise men knew someone supernatural had been born

The Fetus inside Elizabeth regarded Him

The sea Obeys His words

The demon tremble at His Presence

The sick rejoice at His sight because they know healing is sure

the Earth quaked at His Death

the Rock split at His Death

above all, the dead arose at his death. Wow! 

Need I say more that everything in this life and afterlife is Spiritual? the time to start seeing things and addressing it spiritually is now.

I give thanks to God for making me see the true face of Jesus on the cross, The crucifix you see in churches is not what I saw.

Jesus Christ was soaked in Blood and his Blood was dripping from His Head due to the crown of Thorns.

this vision appeared when I was praying in my closet. I almost cried at the same time I was Thankful to God for the privilege He gave me to see His Son on the Cross.

I saw a full sun but to my greatest surprise, the sun was not shinning, then I saw HIM on the cross. before I knew it, I saw my rough bed again.😂

Nothing was more emotional.

Dear Reader,

please take this as proclamation of Jesus Christ and His Word, Jesus Christ is real. Holy Spirit is real and so is our Heavenly Father.

Stop seeing things as mere physical.

Let me take you on a journey to somewhere in the south western part of Nigeria. i am a proud daughter of the soil, living and improving on self each and everyday. I was fortunate to meet this elderly man one blessed day like that oo. Something attracted me, and that was his appellation 

BABA GBO TI E ( Father face your business)

At first, I was perplexed, it was all written on my face. then i asked, why on earth will both young and old people call him this insulting name, of all the appellation in this world? like hello???

so I called him Baba! (father) this man refused to answer oo, then i called him his appellation Baba Gbo Tie! ( Father face your business)and he responded in Ekiti dialect Tere nikan shaaaaaaaaa (your Business Onlyyyy)

i was at the verge of bursting into laughter but that would have been rude. i greeted him and sat beside him. Then, i asked, baba, why do people call you this name?

He said, this world is just too brutal, for your creator to regret creating you, do you know what that means little girl? 

Face your Business only and be gracious while at it

that was his advice to me

that was his advice to everybody

when you greet him, be sure to get same advice as his response to your greetings

hardly will you hear any other word from this man(lol)

Flashback Memories

 

I had no time for my eyebrow's drama, so I left without contouring and turned out cool, after series of stares at the mirror, i almost questioned my existence, i finally took a stroll out to get a hot peppered assorted soup from my all time favorite seller with the last 3k on me.... the feeling of not being there yet, watching people under me soar so high but i still flapping wings, not because i am lazy and weak but i have come to a realization that it is just life happening to me. as much as i try to show the whole world how strong I am, I still feel dejected somehow anytime I'm alone.

so i strolled out to get my soup, and sleep thereafter, Aik came to my rescue, he parked beside me and I thought it was one of those internet fraudsters that feel they have arrived (lol) i was so ready to transfer my well garnished aggressions but whoop! whoop!, it was a crush that graduated to a friend and later upgraded to a brother.

now, let me tell you about Aik, the very first day I saw him, I tripped, I could not help but stare at him and it took my some couple of seconds to regain my consciousness. he was looking so handsome and clean. he approached me and asked me some questions, i responded with all smile on my face. but when he raised up his left hand i noticed he was married and that sucked up all my feelings and affections for him. i was so  disappointed because i am the good girl that does not run after married men.

I guessed he knew I tripped for him so he collected my number and we got along, we chat once in a while about lifestyle, business, real estate, banking, etc. trust me, he is a good man and his wife is one lucky woman although I am yet to meet her.

I hopped in his car and he warned me about strolling at night, i had to pour out my mind and told him about the cravings then he took me to his friend's newly opened bar, gosh! the place is one unique  avenue for relaxation. the whole concept and interior design was so unique and the memory still lives in my small head.

I did not only get a well sauced pepper soup bowl, I had the chance to gist and giggle, not only that, he said one thing :"Yewande, live in the moment"

My dear reader, value the people around you. take your time to leave a sweet memory with them so that when you are not around, your good work can speak for you. Everyone is unique and has different level of sensitivity.

Flashback Memories, all in its glory. some memories will keep you off balance and you will wish you had not come into this world while some give goosebumps. Either way, live in the moment darling.

IT DOES MORE HARM THAN GOOD

Now you are about to do it again
But wait,why do you want to tell me a lie?  Perhaps i know why.... You were scared, scared that i might blow up and let loose of the worst in me. You are scared that i might breathe fire like dragon
 But i am no dragon
The dragon is in you and it's breathing fire,not really because of me. Believe me i am telling you the truth.
The dragon is your LIE,it wants to fly out,out and away from your mouth. You were scared it will lash at me and Hurt me more.
  Dont you worry,i have heard so many lies and i'm still standing. I may be blackened and bruised but it doesnt really matter so pls let it out
So many people are wounded
So many lives are torn apart
Wounded gravely than if the truth had just been told
Lives that could have remained intact and enjoying the goodies of life. So many arguement incited because of a chain of lies.
I want nothing but the truth now,i wont breathe a word unless a life is at stake.
I wont stand by and see you burn with the flames coming out of the mouth of the dragon you keep within.
I love you and i want you to be free
Free from the dragon
Free from the snare...

IN THE MIDDLE OF NO WHERE

Just like any other day
I rode my horse to the middle of no where
Then i found something
Something no one could ever believe had existed for so long
It looks so real yet unexplainable
And it said to me
"We live we love we die
 We exist we hate we die
Why dont we just live free and whine
Rather than be hating and die early


Name that crown you seek and want to wear
Is it POWER,LUST,FAME OR WEALTH?
Alas,all those crown will eventually melt
Because they are built from stones of despair

Dear one,why not be in pursuit of crowns made up of blessedness
Crowns like PEACE,JOY,LOVE AND HAPPINESS
Crowns that comfort the heart
Crowns that leave the face wit a heartfelt smile
Crowns that relief the weak legs that walk a mile
Crowns that energize the body with Might"....
